About Me

Hi, I’m Andreea, a Certified Sleep Consultant, Registered Adult Nurse, mum to one amazing little boy, and two furry companions.

With over 10 years of healthcare experience and a passion for supporting families, I offer a holistic and gentle approach to improving sleep. As a nurse and a parent, I truly understand the emotional and physical toll that sleep deprivation can have on the entire household. It was my own journey through sleepless nights that inspired me to become a sleep consultant.

I support exhausted parents with evidence-based, nurturing sleep solutions that are tailored to your child’s unique needs.

Whether you're struggling with frequent night wakings, short naps, or sleep regressions, I'm here to help you and your little one get the rest you deserve.

My Services

My sleep packages are designed for little ones aged 5 months to 5 years and include a fully personalised sleep plan, along with daily support and guidance to help you every step of the way.

After a 15 minute discovery call, you’ll complete a 3–4 day sleep diary. Then we’ll have a 1 hour video consultation to explore your child’s sleep challenges and the identified sleep training method. I’ll create a personalized sleep plan, and you’ll receive daily WhatsApp support to guide you, answer questions, and cheer you on as progress unfolds.
